Stambyten i flervåningshus ställer hårda krav på logistik och arbetsflöden. Varje entreprenadgrupp ges möjlighet att utföra sitt moment som en del av en lång kedja av händelser som bidrar till ett bra projekt.

Det här stambytet innebar en komplett badrumsrenovering och utfördes som en totalentreprenad till fast pris, en vanlig entreprenadform vid denna typ av projekt. Vi, tillsammans med Familjebostäder, la i projektet stor vikt vid hyresgästerna och den personliga prägeln.
